As in the top-level management with both engineering and business administration background, incorporating the best effective business management practices into the engineering management process to achieve the highest efficiency is his ultimate mission. He also excels in leading the management teams and various departments to improve the overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities, and overseeing the overall operations by supervising personnel at all levels from various cultural background to optimize performance excellence.
