Mr Sin is a qualified professional engineer with over 30 years of experience working in multinational companies. He is an expert in setting up new plants in both Hong Kong and China for the multinational companies with various products and production facilities. As in the top-level management with both engineering and business administration background, incorporating the best effective business management practices into the engineering management process to achieve the highest efficiency is his ultimate mission. He also excels in leading the management teams and various departments to improve the overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities, and overseeing the overall operations by supervising personnel at all levels from various cultural background to optimize performance excellence. With all these years of experience in engineering and management, he now aims to devote and apply his knowledge and experience to different sectors to achieve organizational excellence and to deliver the highest value to customers and stakeholders.
